About EatWell
EatWell was created for people who want to eat better without turning food into homework.
Our philosophy:
- Awareness over restriction
- Progress over perfection
- Encouragement over judgement
What that means in practice
Awareness over restriction: the point is to see how you eat, not to police it. Nothing here tells you a food is forbidden.
Progress over perfection: a partial log is still useful, a missed day costs you nothing, and one small change beats an overhaul you abandon in a week.
Encouragement over judgement: EatWell talks to you the way a level-headed friend would. No scolding, no scoring you out of ten.
How it should feel to use
Logging a meal should take seconds and cost you no emotional energy. Opening EatWell should feel like glancing at a note you left yourself, not like being marked.
EatWell is designed to lower effort and emotional temperature, not to maximise logging or screen time. If it ever feels like it is asking more of you than it gives back, that is a problem with EatWell, not with you.
